I am subletting my room for the month of July. It is a decently sized room (~100 square feet), furnished with a desk, a table, a queen sized mattress (no bed frame), a dresser and a closet in a five person house.

The house will likely not be full in the summer: between two and four fun, sociable, nice housemates.

There are two shared baths.

This very nice house is located in Palo Alto near the intersection between Loma Verde and Middlefield rd. It is a 15-20 minutes bike ride to Stanford, which is very enjoyable in the summer, and a 5 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk to the California Ave Caltrain station. It is a very enjoyable and convenient location, close to a grocery store, a coffee shop and a brunch place.

The house has a backyard, and is equipped with a barbecue. We also have a communal area which includes a TV and a ping-pong table.

The kitchen is available to use, and is very nicely sized.
