Rent is $1350/month, including utilities, and there is a $500 deposit. We also hire a cleaning service every 4-6 weeks, which is roughly an additional $30-50 cleaning fee per person.

The house is older, but the rent is significantly cheaper than elsewhere in downtown Palo Alto.
