I am moving out of my bedroom in a beautiful Willow Glen house. Near the corner of Spencer Avenue and Willow St. 10 minute walk to the Tamien Caltrain Station.

My two roommates are looking for a new person to take over my portion of the lease. They are both in their 30s, and are clean, very friendly, social, and outdoorsy. Both are great personal friends. You will need furniture for the bedroom. The rest of the house is already furnished, although they would possibly be amenable to you bringing your living/dining room furniture.

You will share a full bathroom with one other tenant. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and space to hang clothes on the 1st floor.

The designated move-in date is April 1st, although up to 2 weeks sooner is possible. The lease runs through August, but both housemates intend to renew for another year.
