Room in Stanford Rains Dorm summer Jun-Sept STANFORD AFFFILIATES ONLY

Single room in a Rains 2-bedroom apartment available 06/22/2018 - 09/20/2018. YOU MUST BE A STANFORD AFFILIATE TO APPLY.

Rent is $1,179 per month prorated. I am somewhat flexible on dates, but would like to sublicense for most or all of the summer between June 22 and September 20. The room is fully furnished with a full extra-long bed, desk, drawers, closet, etc. You are welcome to use the pots, plates, pans, and other kitchen items as well, which are already in the apartment. The 2-BR apartment includes a bathroom, living room, and kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and food processor.

My roommate, who lives in the other room in the 2-BR apartment, is a PhD student in engineering who is very nice, tidy, and is a Rains Community Associate, so she organizes social events for the dorm. Rains also has a big parking lot where you can park with a parking permit (~$30/month). It is the largest grad student dorm on campus and is a 5 min bike ride or 20-min walk from classroom buildings.

***Stanford affiliates include grad student, post-docs, those attending a Stanford conference, working in a Stanford lab, or doing a Stanford summer program. You will need to show proof of proof of affiliation, such as an offer of admission, a written job offer, a medical clerkship matching letter, a verification form signed by the affiliate's Stanford supervisor, etc.
Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
