Hi future new roomie,

Our housemate is leaving her room in this awesome location. Room available on April, 1st for a 3 months lease (and more, see below).

It's basically one of the location best in town! 15 minutes from the Mission, 15 minutes from Haight, 20 minutes from downtown. Close enough to the Golden Gate Park.

The house:

• Washer and dryer
• nice backyard
• 420 friendly (outside is better)

The room (TO READ CAREFULLY)

• 1100$ per month + PG/E/internet (about 50$).
• 3 months sublet!! So basically, end of June, you can stay in the place if you want and you will be on the lease.

Close by:

• MUNI/BART Castro Station 5 minutes
• F line 2 minutes
• Walgreens 5 minutes
• Safeway 10 minutes
• Balboa Park 10 minutes

About the housemates:

• G, tech guy. Drink Whisky. Vegan, really into sports.
• A, tech guy. Drink Whisky. Play drums in a band.
• B, tech guy. Drink Whisky. Franco american dude. Play piano.
• T, not a tech guy. Whisky ok but not that much. Outdoor guy.

Everyone is chill and have different hobbies. We hang out once in a while, to watch movies, tv shows or grab a drink!

About you:

• early to late 20's
• girl or guy, whatever.
• not a clean freak.
• friends are more than welcome. No crazy noise after 11pm since some of us are waking up at 6/7.
• work from 7-9 am till 6-9 pm. It's fine if you work from home but we don't want someone who work really late.

The room is UNFURNISHED (the bed is gone) except a small drawer and a desk.
