I am a CS PhD Student at Stanford. My current roommate is moving to SF; hence, I am looking for a room mate (reasonable / doesn't do drugs / not super loud / reasonably clean) in a 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment in Menlo Park near University Avenue - very conveniently located near downtown Menlo Park, Caltrain, Stanford Shopping Center and about 2 miles from Stanford. Long term lease preferred (at least 6 months / 1 year or more).

About the Apartment:

• 2 BR / 1 BA
• Living Room + Kitchen (incl. utilities stove / fridge etc.)
• Laundry on site (free)
• Parking space

Cost: Basic cost = $1250. PGE and wifi would cost around 50-60 pm per person ( that's what it is currently ). So total comes around $1300-1310.

Move in date: Preferred Sept. 15, 2015; (negotiable - contact me regarding your constraints - and we'll work it out.)

About me:
I am an Indian guy - in my late twenties - I am quiet and laid back. I am mostly at work till late at night; that said I don't have late night parties or loud music or do drugs. If you're interested, let me know and we can arrange a viewing / discuss leasing / move in etc.
