ROOM NEAR STANFORD — $1,400/MO — 15 MIN BIKE — MOVE-IN AROUND AUG 10 — FLEXIBLE LEASE

I’m a Stanford graduate looking for someone to take over my spot in a shared house starting around August 10. The lease runs through June 30, 2027.

House: I live with 4 male roommates in their early-mid 20s. Some are visiting researchers at Stanford, while others work elsewhere nearby. Everyone is friendly and easygoing. We’re located near Robles Park, about a 15-minute bike ride from Stanford.

Rent: $1,400/month + utilities (typically ~$50–100/month)
Cleaning: We have a house cleaner every other week, which costs $30/person/month.

The house is rented as a group, so if you need to move out before the lease ends next June, the landlord is fairly flexible. You would just need to find someone to take over your spot.

I’m flexible on the exact move-in date, but I’m hoping for August 10. If you’re looking to move in a few days before that, feel free to reach out, I’m sure we can figure something out.
