Join our apartment in the beautiful college terrace area.

We have one room in a two room apartment. We will be three people with one person living in the living room - due to the arrangement of the house this works quite well. The room to that is free is about 1000$ including utilities and a 500$ deposit.

We are two international PhD students and are looking for a nice person to live with us - preferably 6 months and longer. The room can be rented immediately, but latest starting September 1st. We are looking for someone who is clean. Personally I have lived in many shared flats and we had the policy: keep the common area clean (always). We are looking for someone who will pay the rent reliably every month and respects the flatmates. Altogether I think it would be great if we would use the bbq in the little garden or do other fun things every now and then.
