Posting for a (female) friend who is moving to the bay area to work as a researcher at Santa Clara University:

"I am looking for housing for ~$1500/mo utilities, internet, and garbage included. Since I am not a student and will be a researcher at SCU, I would rather to have one professional female roommate who is quiet, and clean. I am quiet and clean. I don't have any guests, and no pets. I don't drink or smoke, and if possible, would like a roommate that is similar to me."
