A super cool home on University Ave. next to downtown Palo Alto. We're a group of guys in our mid- to late-20s who work professionally in Tech or at Stanford. We hang out from time to time, whether it is in our living room or out downtown. We get along really well.

We're a 10-minute walk to downtown Palo Alto, a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford's campus, and a 10 - 15 minute drive to Facebook and Google. Downtown has a Whole Foods, the CalTrain, and much more. There are also Safeways on El Camino Real and on Middlefield Road.

We're renting out a room for one person. Ideally, we want someone to take over the room for May 1st or in early May. Here's the info for the room:

Rent: $850 / month (+$65 / month for internet)
Deposit: $500 (paid once at the start and received back at the end)
Lease Terms: 6 Months+ (long term)
Bathroom: Shared
Room Space: ~72 sq. ft.
