A super cool home on University Ave. next to downtown Palo Alto. We're a group of guys in our mid- to late-20s who work professionally in Tech or at Stanford. We hang out from time to time, whether it is in our living room or out downtown (before COVID-19). We get along really well.

We're a 10-minute walk to downtown Palo Alto, a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford's campus, and a 10 - 15 minute drive to Facebook and Google. Downtown has a Whole Foods, the CalTrain, and much more. There are also Safeways on El Camino Real and on Middlefield Road.

We're renting out a room for one person or a couple. Here's the info for the room:

Rent: $1550 / month
Deposit: $550 (paid once at the start and received back at the end)
Application: $35 (one-time fee)
Lease Terms: As long as you want, but we prefer 6 months+ (long term)
Bathroom: Shared
Room Space: ~350 sq. ft. (28 ft. x 18 ft.)
