I have a room available in a 2-BED/1BATH apartment in Sunnyvale. Near: CVS, Fedex, Trader Joes, Safeway, Petco, etc. If you are willing to do a 15 min walk, you can get to the Sunnyvale Caltrain Station.

You'd be living with me, a girl from Brazil in her late 20s, and my tiny dog called Alfie. I graduated from Stanford last June and I work a lot, but I'm home most nights and weekends. I can be talkative, but sometimes I need some space and quiet time to myself. I usually don't have lunch at home, but I may cook dinner some times. Nothing smelly or messy, but I have no problem if you want to cook.

Alfie is a very excited little boy that recently learned how to ask to be taken out when he wants to pee and poop (yay!). He takes a little time to get used to new people, but he is very sweet!

Ideally you'd be: A girl, a couple or a gay man. Must love dogs! Must be clean, remember to take out the trash... but not compulsively clean. I have no problems with parties, just not everyday. I also have no problems with having friends over. Please, be a reasonable person.

Lease duration: From May until end of August (and then we'll see if we wan't to renew it or not)

Tentative Move In date: May 1st (negotiable)

Rent: $1100 + Utilities (I'd pay $1300 since I'll stay in the bigger bedroom, it's "bigger" in a Silicon Valley sense that is doesn't really mean much).
