It's a really nice place at a good price and we'd love to find a sweet lady who wants to join the house. The other housemates are a Stanford PhD student in petroleum engineering, and a software engineer/teacher who will be starting grad school at Stanford in the fall.

The place is on the Sunnyvale/Mountain View border, between Evelyn and El Camino (off of Bernardo). It's a 3 bedroom/2 bath with a nice kitchen (granite counters, good dishwasher) and living room/dining room space. Two bedrooms are pretty good size (queen bed, desk, dresser fits without a problem) and the master bedroom is bigger. Current rent is $1900. Rent for the open room is $605 + utilities.
