Room share in a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath 2000 sq ft single family house located in a new quiet family friendly court community in East Palo Alto next to University Square. It is about 10 mins away from campus.
It is with central HVAC.
The large master bedroom has good privacy well secluded from the rest of the house. It has a walk-in closet. Its bathroom has dual-sinks vanity, a stall shower and soaking tub. The room is so large that I used to have an office area. If you prefer a room to be furnished, we can provide a king size bed set of 2 years old for the master bedroom.
The other 3 rooms have sliding door closets, good lighting with windows. They share a full bathroom.

The master room rent is $1680 for single occupancy. The other rooms are $1250.
