Heated, but no AC. No smokers, and no pets (sorry).

First four months (May - August 2015) would be unfurnished sublet from current tenant, who is moving out. After that, we're likely to renew one-year lease with landlord, and preference will be given to those who can tentatively commit through August 2016.
