We're looking for short-term housemates to fill 1 bedroom (with own private bathroom & in-suite closet) in a 7Br/6Ba 4000+ sq ft home in Midtown Palo Alto. We are looking for anyone who can fill in from January 2024 ~ June 2024. This is ideal location for anyone commuting to Facebook, Google, or Stanford!

Description of the House:
There are several large living rooms, multiple fridges and freezers for food, and an open floor plan kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen appliances (sous vide machine, mixers, meat slicer, air fryer, etc.) We also have a large backyard area for outdoor BBQ.
Rooms will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished, a foldable NanaWall, projector setup in the downstairs area, home fitness area, and a Japanese style sitting space with tatami mats and a kotatsu.
Location-wise, we are around the corner from Grocery Outlet, a quick walk to the San Antonio Caltrain station, close to multiple farmers markets, and a wonderful bike ride on Bryant Street to Stanford and Downtown Palo Alto.

Lease Details (*Important): Current lease of the house ends will end on June 2024.
