2 rooms with a bathroom available in house in West Menlo Park. Beautiful outdoor area, 2 miles to Stanford University, Downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto. 1250$ per room monthly.
Rent includes: all utilities (water, electricity, garbage..) interne, laundry. There will be extra fee of 60$ per month for cleaning the rooms and the shared area once a week.
Rooms are furnished with: bed, Sofa, Desk, Fridge, Table and chairs, Closet. Extra storage area, parking. No kitchen, but there are a small fridge, rice cooker, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker and microwave in an extra separate room.
No smoking or pets allowed, limited visitors.
One room is available on December 1st.
