1 large bedroom with it's own private bathroom available August 9. Located in west San Jose just off of highway 280, making the commute to Stanford a breeze. The apartment is spacious with a ton of storage space. The bedroom is 11'x15' with two mirrored closets and a linen closet. There is a fireplace in the living room and an extra walk in closet in the entry way. There's a balcony (25'x5') that overlooks one of our three pools (heated year round), the hottub, and the tennis and basketball courts. We also have access to a gym, community center, printers, and a billiards room. There are in building washers and dryers. The complex is pet friendly but I already have a dog and cat, so we can't have anymore animals in the apartment.

I am a 30 year old stem cell researcher working at Stanford. I typically work 9-5 M-F, and when I am home I like to cook a bit and hang out by the pool.

All utilities are included in the rent.
