Looking for a roommate to co-sign a one-year lease for a two bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Midtown Palo Alto. The apartment comes with two dedicated parking spots, laundry in the complex, a private outdoor patio, and two floors (all hardwood downstairs). It is 15 minutes from campus, across the street from Philz coffee, and walking distance to Safeway.

My roommate is moving out in early July, and my lease is up at the end of that month. I'm looking for someone to co-sign the new lease with me, with the option of moving in as soon as early July. Rent is currently just shy of $1400/month per person, and it will likely go up slightly, but based on conversations with my landlord, I anticipate that it should remain under $1450/month for next year.
