Move in date flexible, probably moving in ~August 20

I'd be in the master bedroom and we'd be sectioning off part of the living room as a third bedroom, where my roommate would live. (Or you can take the living room for cheaper.) The apartment building has a gym and other amenities, and the building itself is brand new. All new appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, all those luxuries.

There's currently a deal where if we apply and sign the lease soon, we get a month and a half free in rent. That's $2250 dollars that you're saving. Crazy. This deal ends August 4, so we would need to hustle on this.
