Roommate Wanted: 2-Bed, 2.5-Bath Townhouse in Palo Alto (Jan 31)

I’m looking for a roommate for a 2-bed, 2.5-bath townhouse in Palo Alto, for about 6 months starting on Jan 31.

There’s a large kitchen and living room. All appliances are new, including the dishwasher. Each bedroom has an in-suite bathroom and a balcony. There are two parking spaces included, one for each of us. The location is great: near El Camino Real, about 2-3 miles from Stanford, about 1 mile from Safeway and Trader Joe’s, and about 1.5 miles away from California Ave and Mitchell Park.

You’d be living with a female engineer in her 20s.

Rent is $2014 per month, with an additional $40-80 for utilities.

No smoking or drugs allowed.
