Roommate Wanted | 2B/1.5B Townhouse | Mountain View, CA | Month-to-month lease | $1,700/month | 21st Nov - 1st Dec

I am looking for a room-mate to take over my month-to-month lease of the second bedroom in a 2B2B Townhouse (1075 sq-ft.) in Mountain View, CA.

Expected move-in date: Between November 21 to December 1, 2026. Long-term stay preferred. If you are on interested in short-term stays, please do not hesitate to apply.

Rent: $1700 per month (includes water, sewage and garbage)
Utilities (internet and electricity) shared between two room-mates: ~ $80 - $100 each per month

You will hear train sounds as it is close to Caltrain tracks, but with the windows closed, it is not loud and does not disturb sleep or work-from-home setup.

I am open to sell my furniture at a reasonable rate if it helps with your move-in.

My current flatmate will continue to live in the other bedroom. He is Indian (26M), works at Stanford Medicine. He is friendly and reasonable, and does his share of maintaining the house. He does not smoke, does not have late night parties/noise during weekdays, and prefers a flatmate who also satisfies the same.
