I am looking for a roommate to share this 2bd/2ba apartment, starting December 8th. Your rent will be $1300 per month (half of the total rent) + utilities.

This 2nd apartment in the Latham Square apartment complex has a large patio, and is carpeted throughout the living spaces. The apartment is pretty spacious, and has abundant amount of closets and storage. The kitchen features a granite counter top and easy-care flooring that extends throughout the dining room. There are two parking spaces in a shared garage that come with the unit.

The complex has easy access to El Camino Real, 101, 280 and 237. Some of Latham Square Apartments' features include: 2 blocks from San Antonio Shopping Center, Walmart, Target, Safeway, Whole Foods, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the San Antonio Caltrain Station. The community includes a club house with pool table, exercise facility, spa, sparkling pool, covered parking, lush landscaping, on-site laundry facility, reservable guest rooms and more.

About me:
I am an '09 MS(CS) grad, and now a software/analytics guy working at a tech startup pretty close by. I just signed the lease on this apartment and am moving from a 1bd unit, so I am reasonably excited about the shared living arrangement - I am not looking for a new best friend, but doing something together the occasional weekend/after hours would be nice. I have a pretty large collection of books, and I also enjoy hiking, cooking, happy hours, random British tv shows, checking out things in the city, etc. And this unit allows one pet - so I am planning on adopting a dog soon after we move in.

About you:
Mid 20s to 30s professional working in the area. Reliable and mature. Clean and respectful of common spaces. Someone who is social and likes to hangout - but doesn't bring the party home. Having someone else spend the night once or twice is fine, but I am really looking for just one roommate. Non-smoker. Doesn't mind (or better, actually likes) being around a dog.

The photos below come from the initial posting - the unit comes unfurnished, but I have a fair amount of common furniture, including couch, TV, etc.
