Roommate in South San Francisco needed. $1800+ half of utilities, spacious updated house in very quiet neighborhood on top of Sign Hill, (See the maps photo) with a fantastic view of the South San Francisco Valley. A few minutes from the 101, 15 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to SFO airport, BART station and shopping at the foot of the hill.

Level 1 is a two car garage with storage which you are welcome to use.

Level 2 is a living room, updated new kitchen, balcony, dining area, two bedrooms and full bathroom and washer and dryer. You can pick which of the level 2 bedrooms you want.

Level 3 is my area where my office and dog are.

House is fully furnished for the most part except your bedroom furniture.

I am a 35 year old gay m a l e, Medical professional that works nights full time. During the day I hit the gym and go to Jiujitsu and play with my dog Ecto. He's a 7 month old Doberman, very sweet and loves to cuddle. I do not smoke or do any other drugs and drink socially. I have no criminal or adverse credit history. Because I work during the night, sleep mornings and am in the gym or out with my dog during the day, the house is pretty quiet.

I'm looking for another professional reliable guy as a roommate.
No illicit drug, criminal or bad credit history please. Must like large dogs although you will NOT be expected to take care of Ecto.

Definitely welcome to use the furniture and entertainment center all you want, just keep the place clean with me. You are more than welcome to have friends over and the community has a party room you can reserve. If you like weight lifting, you are welcome to join me at World Gym or 24.

No, I will not give out the actual address until we've spoken but I will give you the general neighborhood if you want to drive around and see the area. It's quiet and safe with no reported crime or vandalism. The furniture you see in the pictures and videos is not mine and will not be staying. I have great furniture being moved here.
