The apartment has a fantastic kitchen (with dishwasher) if you like cooking! I’m male but I’m OK with male or female roommates. My only requirements are that you keep the shared spaces clean and not be generally loud (parties, music, etc.). You do need to supply your own bedroom furnishings.
