Hi all,

I have a few options for housing near Stanford (College Terrace, DT Palo Alto, Menlo Park). They all are apartments/houses, and are an application away. I'm looking for potential roommates who're ready to apply ASAP.

Conditions:

• my rent limit is 1600
• academic year at least
• female/male - doesn't matter
• most options are no-pets
• no smoking (duh). go smoke outside if you want.
• less commute distance is preferred over shinier sinks, but all houses are nice anyway.

Room shares near Stanford are almost gone already, but full apartments are steadier. However, even they all get taken in a few days. So time is of essence.

And lastly, I'm a 2nd year Stanford master of sci in School of Engineering. I am reasonably clean, quiet, respect privacy, and don't freak out about pretty much anything. I want a relaxed, chill atmosphere, as long as you fit this loose description and have the money I'm cool. I won't subject you to any 'best fit' competitions, we're all in this together. Besides, we can work things out later when we're sitting with drinks on our huge comfy couch / bare floor, depending on furnishings.
