About the apartment: Beautiful new 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in downtown Palo Alto. Two block walk to everything downtown and less than half a mile to the Caltrain! It's so easy to step out to Blue Bottle or Philz for a morning coffee - they’re both less than a 10-minute walk away! It was completely remodeled right before we moved in with nice all-new finishes: granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, in-unit W/D, etc. Though that was several years ago, the apartment is still in great shape. There's a nice deck with a grill off of the living area. We share one carport space, and there's always plenty of street parking.

The master bedroom of this 3BR apartment is available. Rent for the room is $1,850/mo. We split utilities and cable/internet evenly, which ends up at about $75/month. The landlord will want to do a credit check and get 1 month's rent as deposit before signing you on to the lease.

About the room: very large master bedroom with lots of light & two closets - one walk-in. Has its own bathroom with shower. Unfurnished. Sliding glass door to back deck.

About the roommates: 2 girls in their 20's. One teacher, and one medical consultant. We have busy schedules and keep things pretty low key, especially on weeknights since we get up for early work days. We're both friendly and agreeable. I'm a big reader and sports fan (Giants and Warriors mainly) and enjoy exploring the Bay Area and hiking. My roommate is a voracious biker, often biking several times a day! We both love wine. Favorite local restaurants are Coconuts and Darbar!
