We are looking for a fourth roommate to share our 4-bedroom house on Amherst Avenue in Menlo Park from now until August 2017. We are 3 male professionals in our mid to late 20s (2 financial advisors at Merrill Lynch in San Mateo and one grad student at Stanford University who is also working at Nvidia). We are all clean, friendly, and responsible adults who enjoy each others company and are looking for someone with these same attributes. Our 4th roommate is currently still living in the available room, but will be moving out as soon as we find someone to sign a sublease to take his place.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. You will be taking one of the bedrooms (unfurnished) upstairs and sharing a bathroom with one roommate. Water, PG&E, and internet will be split amongst the 4 of us and separate of your $1300/month rent. The landlord, who is extremely nice and reliable, pays for garbage and gardening. For parking, there is a 2-car garage and at least 3 more spaces designated for our house right in front. We have a washer and dryer in the garage.
The house is 10-12 minutes by car to Stanford and is a 10 minute bike ride from the Menlo Park Caltrain.
The room can also come with a queen bed and mattress (almost never used) for $150 if you like.
