The house vibe is easygoing and laid back, responsible, clean, into tech, arts, music, health, and the environment. Looking for someone of any color or creed or gender who is open minded, tidy, conscientious, respectful, responsible, brick and mortar employed and/or are in school.

Things flows smoothly at the house, communication is direct, considerate, respectful, and positively expressed. Sorry no pets are allowed. The house is non-smoking. Cleaning and landscaping responsibilities are shared among housemates.

Although the house is a bit older and has not been updated much, it's in a central location and in decent shape. There is a washer and dryer, a backyard space with potential, and street parking with no permit needed. Utils are not included and average somewhere between 65-95/pp depending on the season and our usage and are split equally between housemates.

Available bedrooms are 1050 (7/1), 1250 (7/1), 1395 (7/1 and includes bathroom) and come furnished (bed, desk, dresser, lamp, fan/heater) if needed. Minimum six month lease. One month rent for Security Deposit.

Central location (Alma and E. Meadow). Close to Stanford (20-25 minute bike ride), Mitchell Park/Library, Outlet Grocery, Shopping, Restaurants/Cafes, Highways, and CalTrain (5 Minute Bike ride). There is street parking, no permit is necessary. Carport storage. Washer/Dryer.
