Amenities: Fully furnished (kitchen, living room, all bedrooms have bed, mattress, desk, etc.), two living rooms with dining tables, large wooden deck terrace, firepit, very large backyard (can host 100+ people), three grills, a gazebo, half concrete basketball court, and lemon trees (rent includes gardening and weekly cleaning).
