We have two bedrooms available in this beautiful Victorian flat! We have a great location next to Alamo Square. We are close to several bus lines and within easy walking distance of Divisadero, the Lower Haight, the Upper Haight, the panhandle and more. We are looking to fill the rooms by June 15th (if not sooner) and the sublet would last through August or September (possibly longer). We have a large kitchen and living room, hardwood floors throughout, a backyard, and a washer/dryer on site. There is a large room with bay windows available for $875/month. The other room is slightly smaller and going for $740/month. The rooms are unfurnished but we can possibly supply a bed, mattress, or futon.

A little bit about us: we are both social women who also enjoy having quiet time. We are laid back and enjoy both staying in and watching a movie and going out for dinner, drinks, and dancing. Both of us graduated college last year and have full time jobs on the peninsula.
What we want from you: you should be neat in the common areas, respectful of the other roommates, and responsible. Ideally, you will also be someone we can hang out with.
