We are all young professionals in their twenties who are fun and down to Earth (I'm actually 31 now). We like the outdoors and would want to be able to drink with new potential room mates and have a good time with no drama.

We typically host house parties 3 times a year for Halloween, Friendsgiving, and Christmas to get everyone together and can have occasional game night with wine for settlers, Rummy cube, or mario party.

All room mates are clean and respectful and would expect the same from potential room mates.

The place is really laid back, we usually have some tunes playing and have a gas fire pit and outdoor projector for movie nights in the summer.

Yes we have a dishwasher :) there's also a herb garden, tomatoes, corn, oranges, strawberries and blackberries in the back yard. Also check out the home gym.

There is also a shed for storage, and two different attics spaces for storage.

The landlord very rarely comes by unless we need something fixed.

We have two dogs named Luna and Louie. Luna is very laid back submissive dog and is a younger dog with an old soul. We keep her in the sun room gated off from the main part of the house (the pic with the computer monitor) and in the back yard. You can see the sun room photo where she usually is.

Louie is her buddy and is also at the house, so please make sure you like dogs if you apply.

We have a cleaner who comes once a month. The common area is furnished.

1 room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk and night stands and can be taken over for $ 100

Utilities range from $ 150 - 200 per month

$1000 deposit.

The lease would be thru August 13, 2021.
