The upscale, safe, and lovely neighborhood house is looking for a female tenant with a shared bathroom with 1-2 ladies (nice ladies). It is a perfect place for a single lady. 35-37 min drive to Stanford. CVS and a small mall are within walking distance. Safeway is 2 min drive. Walking trail in 2 min drive. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco's, and the shopping mall are in a 5-minute drive. Light cooking is fine. A furnished place with a twin-size bed and a smart TV in the room. Coffee machine, tea pot, pots, dishes, and utensils available to share. I am a Korean American and a nurse at Stanford. I would love to chat if you are interested.
