We have an unfurnished room available as soon as July 23rd (flexible move-in date) in a house with a great view. Bathroom is shared with one other person, includes a designated parking spot, washer/dryer available, and extra storage space in garage. Utilities and internet are split evenly; roughly $125 per month each.

About us:

We're a laid back group in our early to mid-thirties. There's are 2 guys and 1 gal; one works in genetic research, another in tech sales, and another in HR. We don't have formal house rules other than simply using your best judgment... clean up after yourself, no 2am unannounced parties, your significant other isn't staying at our place more than theirs, take trash out if you see it full... normal stuff. We get along really well and try to get together for a dinner or night out every now and again when we're all free.
