2 bed room beautiful house in san francisco bernal heights, very close to highway 280, and walk distance to bart (15-20 min). It's a very nice and quiet neighborhood, but also close to transportation and the lively mission. I want to sublease one of the rooms which is furnished. The house is spacious and beautiful, it has a big awesome kitchen and a great backyard (great view of downtown and bay bridge on top of the deck) and chickens running in the yard!

You will have the entire house most of the time -- this is more like a vacation house for us and we go there on some weekends and maybe 1-2 days during the week. We are researchers in Stanford and hopefully we will all get along well.

The sublease is flexible, it starts Sept 1st (that's when the current tenant moves out), and can last 1-1.5 months, and we can try to work things out if you wish to stay longer.

The rent is 1000 per month (including wifi, laundry, water, garbage and other utilities except electricity).
