Hello! I have an opportunity to move into a friends place and need someone to take over my lease (June 1st through October 15th followed by month to month). This was my first place in the city and everyone tells me its huge and a great deal for what I'm paying.

Its a room in a two bedroom 1.5 bath 2000 sq.ft. single family home, with a fireplace, eat in kitchen, gas stove, hardwoods, YARD, and laundry.

The house is great in a very quiet neighborhood, very big and common areas are furnished. You just need to bring your bedroom with you. It is located near the intersection of ocean avenue and 24th ave. Very close to two parks, the beach, stonestown galleria, the Muni M and K lines are a 6 minute walk, several busses are close by on Sloat, the K and L are also close by. (I usually get to Castro in 15-20 minutes from leaving the house on public transportation.) Its also easy access to the 280 and balboa park bart station if you are commuting. There is tons of street parking and a driveway that I used for my car. (garage is used as general storage too)

Currently there is a couple that lives in the house. Early 30's, originally from New England but currently enjoying the winter's free of snow in San Francisco. They are both working professionals and pretty quiet.

They have two small dogs. (They are really cute)

Deposit is $1000 and monthly cost is only $1600 plus 1/3 of the utilities (Less than $100 a month each) which would be gas for the stove, water, cable, electric and internet.

The landlord is a family, not a management company and they would transfer my part of the lease into your name. Simply requires background check and a meet with the roommates. Looking forward to meeting you!
