I am looking to sublet a fully furnished room in a first-floor 3-bedroom apartment in the Outer Sunset area of San Francisco. The room could be available from as early as June 15th until September 21st; dates are negotiable.
My two housemates are female graduate students at Stanford, and we also have a cat. For the first month, you would have the apartment to yourself, and rent for that month would be highly negotiable if you were interested in cat-sitting! Usual rent is $1,067 per month plus utilities.
