Hello! I am looking for a housemate in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment located in Eureka Valley- a quick 10 minute walk (walk score 92) to either the heart of the Castro or the heart of Noe Valley. So many restaurant choices nearby! Also close to all the tech shuttles and MUNI and relatively easy to get on/off 280.

The apartment is big and filled with natural light and also has a 3-tiered shared backyard. There is free laundry onsite and you can park in the garage for an extra $100/month, although street parking is relatively easy and safe.

There is plenty of storage here and the opportunity to bring living room furnishings and/or kitchen supplies. But unfortunately you can’t bring your pets as that is not allowed by the lease :(

I’m willing to rent out either the master bedroom (with large walk in closet) for $1900/month or the second bedroom for $1700/month, both unfurnished. Both rooms have sliding glass doors on to the deck that leads to the backyard. Rent covers garbage and water and we would split utilities (PG&E and internet) 50/50. In your response, please indicated which bedroom you think you would be more interested in renting.

I’m looking for a professional person who is not looking for a housing situation to host parties. I would like to live with somebody who is mature, able to clean up after his/herself, and willing to help with shared living responsibilities. Ideally, it would be nice to find somebody who is interested in having a more long term housing situation, 6 months or longer.

About me, I’m am originally from France and I’m in my late 20’s, working in tech. I enjoy cooking, hiking, and relaxing weekends. My girlfriend often stays over, but we also stay at her place frequently too.
