Rent is $1300, so a total of $1950 for 1.5 months. The J-Church MUNI stops a block from the house and the 24th St. Bart is just a 15-minute walk away. Walking distance from a bunch of cafes, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores including Whole Foods. Washer and dryer inside apartment.
