Location: Right next to Buena Vista park in the middle of San Francisco. 3 blocks to Panhandle/Golden Gate. Surrounding neighborhoods are Divisadero, NOPA, Duboce Triangle, Alamo Square, Lower Haight, Haight Ashbury, and the Castro.

Transit and parking: Approx 3 min. walk to bus and 10 min. to Muni tram N line. Connected to Caltrain station via Muni N line. Located on the Wiggle, the main bike route which connects Divisadero/Panhandle to the Mission/Caltrain. Easy street parking.

Roommates: Two full-time roommates. Both roommates are male, open to sub-letter of any gender.

Plus points: In-building washer-dryer; dishwasher; outdoor deck area; one block from Divisadero commercial area with coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc.

Utilities: Not included, but reasonable and often low since heating and water are free
