Our pretty home, located just 10 minutes to the Apple Campus in San Jose, is looking for a chill roommate to move into one of our rooms. We have a semi-private conversion room available with private balcony access.

Ideally, someone who is a young professional or student would make a perfect fit here. We’re looking for someone who's down-to-earth, respectful, lively/fun, social; and of course, relatively tidy!

Besides being so close to the Apple Campus, we’re just 5-10 minute walk to a plethora of great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and an awesome karaoke bar! We’re super close to Calabazas Park, there’s a Google bus stop right in front of Calabazas library.

Our house is pretty spacious and features great quality hardwood floors throughout the fully-furnished common-area/living spaces. The kitchen is very expansive, fitted with beautiful dark granite-marble counter space, chic stainless steel appliances/fixtures, a double oven, and an awesome island. If you love to cook, you’re certainly in luck!

The bedrooms also have great hardwood floors, ample closet space, and are quite roomy. The large backyard space would make a perfect place to relax and enjoy sunny San Jose Days.
