We are transferring our lease of a luxury company rental studio apartment $2190/mo available from 11/29. Deposit $600. Our lease ends 7/16/2016. You can continue the lease with the leasing office after that. We are looking for someone(s) who can take our lease till next July. With our leasing price, you have to be non-smoker, with no pet and good credit.

The studio is fairly large, 573 sqft with a huge patio of garden view. The kitchen is very large. Everything is remodeled. Excellent place for a couple. The apartment provides garage parking for one car. Visiting parking is also available. There are free gym with lots of group classes, free pool with hot tub and lots of free activities. The big grass park is also nice to have a walk and rest. The location is very convenient to many companies and stores. Nice place to call a home! Serious renters please!
