We are graduate students at Stanford, looking for housemates for the new academic year (one year lease from September 15, 2017 to September 15, 2018 required). The house is on Sand Hill Road, near downtown Menlo Park, I-280 and Safeway, a 10-minute drive to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto.

The house is very secluded with a great view and a shared swimming pool. There're nice running and hiking trails nearby and community parks. We have two rooms for rent:

Room #1 (one tenant only): one spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom, $1950/month, with estimated $125 in utilities for a total of $2100/month.

Room #2 (couple welcomed): one master bedroom plus one living room with a private bathroom, $3150/month, with estimated $250 in utilities for a total of $3400/month. This suite takes up the entire floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gorgeous view.

Our utilities charge covers the following:

1. Internet connectivity
2. Electricity, water, gas, garbage

If you want to live in a large, luxurious home in Menlo Park that is close to everything, yet secluded. This is the perfect place.
