Schwinn Ranger with 24" wheels. If you've test-ridden 26" or 700c bikes and felt stretched out or couldn't touch the ground properly, this is the size you've been looking for. Also light enough to carry up a flight of stairs without hating it.

Looking to buy a used bike for getting to campus from South Palo Alto (about a 3 mile flat ride, all on quiet streets and bike boulevards). Nothing fancy needed, just something that rolls well and stops reliably. I'm 6'2", so I need a fairly large frame. Budget is up to $180, cash.
