Searching for ADU within 15 miles from campus

Hi there! I'm hoping to find a detached unit or ADU to rent for at least the academic year (September - June). I'm a later-stage PhD student at Stanford looking for a quiet place to finish writing my dissertation. Budget is negotiable - the most important thing is that it's a good fit! I would be happy to baby-, house-, or pet-sit occasionally. Thanks!
