I am seeking a great roommate to share an awesome 2bed/2bath apt for only $1850/month. That’s definitely on the low end for a private bed/bath like this in Palo Alto.

Newly renovated, in perfect condition throughout
Spacious: 1,079 sq feet
Your private room: good size with large mirrored sliding closets
Your private bathroom: very large for one person, nice and sleek
Furnished very nicely. Huge, high-end sofa sectional from Macy's, dining set, Sony Vizio TV all on the way. You can furnish your room however you like.
The neighborhood: Very ideal (high-rent) neighborhood at Middlefield and Loma Verde. Walk across street to Philz Coffee, Bill’s Cafe (huge, outdoor patios), Safeway and CVS. I love this neighborhood and spend alot of time working at Philz. Also short walk to Mitchell Library. Great work space choices for professionals, students and entrepreneurs.
Convenient: 6 min drive to downtown Palo Alto. Close to Caltrain Station, bus stops out front. Close to 101 freeway.
Pool: Building has pool and chaise loungers for tanning. :)
Balcony: Nice balcony space in living room
Parking: Ample street parking, without restriction

Move-in details:
Move in: Week of March 21 (For slightly later please contact me to discuss)
Duration: 6 months (my lease term)

You and me as roommates:
I hope the place will be a place we both love to call home. In the past I’ve become great friends with roommates. It’s not required but worth seeking.

Me: So you have a sense of myself, I’m an introverted extrovert, I love chatting and meeting people but also quieter downtime. I’m considerate and caring towards others, organized and clean in my living space but not obsessively. I work hard in my role at Google, but balance is very important to me, so I recharge chilling at home reading, writing, working and listening to music---usually with a glass of wine! I also workout often to stay healthy.

You: What I’m looking for in a roommate is lifestyle and personality compatibility, if possible. To start I’m looking for basic compatibility of someone who is considerate, clean/organized. Lifestyle more on the more chill-side.
