Seeking Female Roommate for a 2-Bedroom Apt (I’ve Done the Research!)

Hey there! I’m a postdoc at Stanford looking for a female roommate to find and share a 2-bedroom apartment together (2B2B or 2B1B).

I’ve already scouted out over 20 options in Menlo Park and even toured a couple in person. I’ve compiled all the details (like parking, utilities, laundry, etc.) into a handy spreadsheet that I’d be happy to share if we’re a good fit!

What I’m Looking For:

• Rent: $1500-$2200 per person
• Utilities: Split evenly
• Parking: Off-street or garage is necessary
• Move-in Date: Ideally by Dec 31, but flexible for an earlier move
• No pets, no smoking
• Clean, respectful, and organized—someone who enjoys a quiet, comfortable living space
