Hello! We are looking for a female housemate to join us in our newly renovated townhouse. It's super close to campus in the Sharon Park area.

Your room would be the large upstairs bedroom and access to a shared bathroom (with one very clean person).
The room overlooks the pool, has a large closet, and plenty of space for a queen bed, large desk, and shelves.
Rent is 1700/mo.
We already have the major furniture for the house and the bed and shelves pictured above could be included if you're interested.

The house is a freshly renovated 3br/2.5ba townhouse located in the Sharon Glen community.
It features:

• Hardwood floors throughout
• Tons of natural light
• Completely redone kitchen
• Brand new appliances (also in home washer/dryer)
• Central heating
• 2 car garage and 3rd car parking space
• A patio in the back
• Access to a swimming pool and sauna directly behind our house
• A large room in the basement that we have turned into a movie theater
  (Unfortunately no pets in our house, and no smoking)

About us:
We are two girls in our mid-20s. One is an occupational therapist and the other is working in marketing. We are friendly, casual, and down to earth. We keep the house neat and have maid service to clean the whole place on a regular basis. We enjoy cooking dinner with a glass of wine, watching movies, going out to eat, and exploring new parts of the bay.
