Seeking flatmate for 3 bed Mountain View apartment 1400$/mo + utilities!

Move in: April 20, 2017.

We are one male and one female looking to find a third flatmate to occupy the third room in our 3bed/2.5ba Mountain View Townhouse. Females preferred by DivyaJyoti but if you're the right fit, that can be overlooked.

Both of us current flatmates are quiet, clean, respectful and friendly. One works as a Data Scientist and the other is a Software Engineer at a Palo Alto company.

Commute options: Garage + additional parking spot. Mountain View VTA/Caltrain and bus stops (off Castro) are at an 8 minute walk from the apartment.

Recreation: Less than 10 min walk to castro, restaurants, cafes, bookstores, post office, Mountain View performing arts center, groceries and other places of convenience. 2 blocks away from the Steven's creek trail!

Miscellaneous:

• In house laundry.
• Outdoor garden in the backyard.
• One year lease that can be extended after the year, you will be leasing from the landlord directly.
