I am a visiting scholar at Stanford University, looking to rent a fully furnished 1B1B entire apartment in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or Mountain View.

My key requirements are:

Apartment type: Entire 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (not a shared unit)
Location: Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or Mountain View (flexible)
Furnishing: Fully furnished (bed, desk, sofa, etc.)
Laundry: Must have an in-unit washer and dryer
Lease term: Starting around August 28, 2025; willing to sign a 12-month lease if suitable
